Computational Biology and Modeling: Drug Discovery and Development

October 2, 2023
from 3:15 PM - 5:15 PM

Expo Hall A 4

Advances in computer-aided drug design and structure-based drug design hold promise for expediting the development of new cancer therapeutics. A deeper understanding of the pathobiology of cancer, and therapeutic targets, as well as key biological, transport and delivery challenges, has prompted the emergence of a new wave of novel therapeutic approaches. Speakers will discuss the role of cancer nanomedicines, protein engineering, and proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) in developing new therapies.
